Not interested in the Pennsy, but a big WM 2-10-0 would definitely get my attention; a surprising omission by Mr Wolf, a Maryland boy, who has offered the WM 2-8-0 and accurate (not re-dressed UP) WM 4-6-6-4. He might be able to use the basic PRR 2-10-0 running gear tooling; not sure about the gritty dimensions.
The same chassis could be used for the L&NE (or is it L&HR? I can't ever remember) 2-10-0, built to the same dimensions, I think.
