I have seen just a few things about this layout here and there around the net but no real info. Or where the layout stands today. I am looking for any links you may know of please

That's Jim Canter's portable layout. Usually is at Indy every year. Search for jim canter p:48 on Google, you'll get quite a few hits and more videos.
I have tried that. But it seems most of what I find is Jim's larger P48 layout. And a lot of event coverage. I'll keep looking though. Has to be something out there I have not seen yet
Google Indy o scale national it will bring up the show that Jim used to put on. when you get to that go to the link for the O scale directory then go to detail parts and Jim Canters (Models) contact info is listed. Jim is a great guy give him a call and I am sure he will tell you everything you want to know about his layout.
