Is anybody working at TRAINZ today?  I have called the phone number, get put in to their phone message system despite the system responding that I am caller #1.  I understand if they are short staffed or have closed...BUT the banner on the website states:

"Trainz continues to operate as normal, with heightened precautions in place for the safety of our employees and for you. We have decided to pause customer pickup at this time. FedEx continues to pick up and ship items, and our vendors are keeping us apprised of their own situations as things develop. Stay safe, and we'll keep you posted on any new developments as they happen."

I get that these are difficult times, but communication is key....

You know what that does not state - we just standing around waiting to answer the phone.  Maybe they are too busy.....or maybe their caller ID let them know it was you and.......

When ordering anything online or by telephone for delivery be aware the Covid-19 virus is able to survive 24 hours on cardboard shipping boxes. So if you receive a package from, or live in an area with a corona virus outbreak you might want to be cautious and isolate that package when delivered. Wait a day before further handling and opening it since it's unknown whether that package might have been contaminated by the virus during shipping or delivery to your home.

Thanks, I was able to get through and spoke briefly with a salesperson.  I fully understand the issues with the current covid-19 virus....and all the circumstances around it.

I also have had issues with their website...

After all...it's model trains....

as for some previous comments by posters...stay safe and healthy....
