I have ordered a part from Toy Train Mall and have not received any communication to my requests for
order status. Has anyone on the forum ordered from this company before? Was it a good experience?
The owner is Keith Moll and I have e-mailed him and left a phone message with no response.

I saw him mentioned here and thought I would try him. I ordered a box car door on Jan 9 and paid in full. He marked it as shipped on the 13th, but did not take it to the post office until the 17th. I just got it today, 1-22 .That is poor service and I will NOT be buying anything else from him. I would look elsewhere.

Thanks Rob, I still have had no communication from him so I opened up a case via Paypal to get the money refunded.
well eHobbies is not any better. 10 days and counting still no merchandise.

Last year, I ordered from Toy Train Mall; the item was missing parts; I emailed the site and was told I would be reimbursed--this never happened. So, live and learn.
