A friend of mine passed this stuff while aboard Amtrak 20 yesterday. He asked me about it but I can't find anything.

Looks to be an E8 or E9, an ex-PRR N5 Cabin Car, a baggage car and some other passenger equipment.

The closest intersection is E. Venango St. and B Street, railroad north of North Philadelphia station.

Yes, that is Bennet Levin's Juniata Terminal Building. Inside are his Pennsylvania E units and his 2 Pennsy passenger cars. That is old PRR equipment he also owns. I have been told he keeps it out there to throw off vandals and thieves.

Thanks. I knew somebody here would know.

Based on your information, I found this website about Juniata Terminal.

According to information on page 3, the derelict E9 in question is JTFS 36, ex-Amtrak  469, nee B&O 36.

She's a shell, possessing no prime movers or traction motors.
