Anyone have a Lionel 6-25178 Trainsounds Baggage Car?

Curious if anyone has this Lionel Zephyr Trainsounds Baggage Car 6-25178. If so, is it operationally the same as the 18" Stationsounds Dining Cars? Looking at the manual it seems like the announcements are the same. I am doing some reasearch and it appears that Lionel never made a Stationsounds Dining car for the Zephyr. This baggage car is the closest thing.

Consider picking up the Staion Sounds RS4 board and rolling your own, that's what I do.
