I had sent an e-mail on Monday to Midge for some parts and I have not seen a response yet. I figured if she was out then I would have gotten an out of office message or perhaps she is busy with the holiday season starting.

Yeah, she's still there, probably just really busy given the time of year. I sent her a couple of emails last week and she replied within 24 hours each time.
In the past, after I've left voicemails, I've actually gotten calls from some of the other ladies who work at MTH like Debbie. I think their customer service is great.
I emailed her about something once around the time of a York meet and it took a while to get a reply, but I finally got one. I had almost forgotten I had emailed her. Sometimes they have too much to do I think, but I have always gotten excellent service from MTH.
I don't think you will be forgotten, just might take a while. As others here have said, another busy time of year.
What phone number do you use to leave voice mails?

I talked to her at oct York, then she said she only had like 6 years to retire,,,,hope she is ok,,,such a nice helpful person
Midge has always been a big help to me when ever I called. Of course unlike you guys I have enough consideration to leave her alone at York and Christmas time.
MTH has a lot of great people working for them. Especially Midge. However, their work load is sometimes more than they can handle. I have always thought MTH could use some more "Good" support staff. However, when then do hire someone, that person is usually a couple items shy of a "Happy Meal".
Hey, I might fit in there after all!
- I wanted to work for them years ago. They could have paid me in trains
She is but just swamped - busy time of the year. Call and leave a message - she will get back to you -
Mikey needs to add a couple more people to the parts department.
I personally cannot say enough good things about Ms. Midge: Always friendly, helpful, courteous, efficient and a great asset to MTH! She always went the extra mile for my needs! A great lady!
