I just purchased a TPC 300 for my layout and want to mount it vertically on a piece of plywood. There doesn't seem to be any mounting holes for this. There is a nut on the top wich I believe is to take the unit apart. Is there a way to take it apart and remove the rubber feet on the bottom and put screws through the feet to mount it?

I mounted my TPC 400 vertically. I have 4 of these mounted on a piece of plywood. I drilled a hole in the plywood on each side of the TPC. Then I used 2 large plastic ties to hold it tight against the plywood. I did this about 4 years ago and have not had any trouble with them.

I'm curious why? I mean why not sit on a shelf, pick it up and attach wires in an easy to reach position? Then clamp with something like tywraps like Roger did if you want it secure.
But if you're bent on vertical, just bend some light steel to clamp around with a screw through a hole in each end. Could add some thin rubber to pad the clamp.
Mine's mounted upside down. I have that inexpensive Walmart TV stand, mentioned in an older thread, and I have three 180 Powermasters mounted on the top of the shelf and a TPC 400 and two Direct Lockons mounted upside down on the bottom. I can easily remove the shelf for maintenance.
Our Modular club's power box has 2 TPC 400s mounted on their side. I think they are secured with cable ties as expressed above already.
It works; can't say if it works better or worse than having them sitting on a shelf though. I don't think the unit would fit in the tote it goes in after the show if it was all rearranged, so it will likely stay this way.

I secured mine using insulated wire run through screw eyes.

I wish that you guys would clean up that sloppy wiring before posting pics!
