I'm getting ready to paint my neutral tan latex paint on the area where my new Army base is going. I wanted to know if anyone has applied grass/dirt onto paint while it is still wet instead of doing with glue when paint has dried. The grass/dirt is just going to be a base for the rest of my scenery like shrubs and bushes, etc.
