Hello to all my fellow Lionel collectors! I am curious to see who else owns an archbar truck version of the 3370 Outlaw car. This car is almost never seen on the market, I've never seen one at York, Google shows only AAR versions, only seen it in one non-train store and on ebay one time (mine ;D). Despite its apparent scarcity, it seems either no one knows or cares about this variation, despite the popularity of the Lionel Postwar General sets that the car was made to go with. The details on this variation of the car seem really vague; no one knows exactly when it was produced, most Postwar General sets have the common AAR truck version, and it's price is usually exactly the same as the common AAR version. So my question is...what does the community think? Why is this car apparently not being clamored after by collectors or given a high price despite its apparent scarcity and the popularity of the General sets?
