I have two SC2’s one is operating different accessories with different power sources and the other strictly for GRJ’s Universal MP3 sound module. I need to control more lights etc. from multiple power sources, will the ASC2 work? It looks like it only has two commons or should I get another SC2.

Have you considered allowing the different power sources to share commons? If AC, they would of course need to be in phase with each other. DC power sources can also share a common negative. In most cases, a Common bus can even be shared between (connected together with) phased AC Commons and DC negative power supply outputs.
I have 3VDC lights, 12VAC lights, 12VDC thats why sharing common grounds doesn't work for me.
It's a common misconception that DC and AC power sources shouldn't share a common connection. However there are countless examples of this in model railroading, telephone systems, audio systems, etc. The main thing is the AC hots and DC positives need to remain isolated from each other.
As I alluded to earlier, the commons from phased AC power sources and the negatives from DC power supplies can be connected to a shared common bus. Because the [EDIT: (AC Hots and DC Positives)] remain isolated, no current flows between the different power sources.
Thanks for the information.
Please note that I mis-typed part of my previous response. It's now corrected.
