My five year old mobile phone died last night, and today, July 22, 2015, I went to my local AT&T store to get a new one. While I was there, an older gentleman (aren't we all?) was getting a new phone and asked for an iPhone because he wanted to run his trains with an app.
Just wondering, was that anybody on this forum? It was in La Grange, Illinois, shortly after noon.

That is a very cool experience. You should have started up a conversation with him and invited him to DuPage for breakfast with us. Maybe he will see this and speak up?

And you didn't introduce yourself? LOL!
I hope he does see this. I was getting my own phone set up, and I couldn't just say to the salesman; "Hey, I got to go over there and talk trains with that guy."
