Atlantic 4-4-2 smoke problem

I have a Lionel Atlantic 4-4-2. I got it in 2012. The smoke no longer works. First the main smoke fan motor stopped working. the smoke just wisps out. That was last christmas. Now the whistle smoke fan motor does not work and I see no smoke drifty from whistle hole. Wandering if it is a circuit board problem or a fan motor problems. Any ideas where I can get it fixed.
