I have all 4 of the TILX crude oil cars ordered, but am curious about the CTCX cars. Are these cars used in crude oil service? I have seen trains of these cars, and I do not believe they are ethanol trains, as they are much longer than the usual ethanol trains. Any help would be much appreciated. Happy Holidays to all!

Well, here's a pic of one. Its placard indicates it's carrying crude oil.

Well thank you NKP Muncie! I kind of thought that the cars might well be used in crude oil service as the solid trains of these cars were much longer than the usual ethanol trains. I also keep forgeting about rrpicturesarchives! I will add these cars to my order. Thanks again....
So these are the older DoT 111 cars that are now being recycled?
