Does anyone know where I can find Atlas #57 Switch Controls? I've looked everywhere on the web and checked local train stores - no where to be found!!

All Atlas track items, all scales, are in limbo thanks to a change of manufacturing locations in China which has been going on for the better part of a year. You'll simply have to be patient, like the rest of us (LHS). There have been some initial shipments of HO track...e.g., code 100 flex track...but just this morning I checked on the status of an N scale item for a customer. Projection from the distributor??...."Late May"!
That will be 14 months from the date the customer ordered the item. There has been enough written on this forum about China, it's manufacturing upheavals, impact on this hobby, etc., etc.. And starting all over to bring it all back here is not a short term answer, either. In most cases all new tooling will have to be made if the sourcing is moved ANYWHERE but China (Their rules, not ours), And, as Lionel just experienced in the making of their 6464 boxcars...e.g., the Christmas boxcar...just finding capability in the U.S. can be a trying...and failing...experience.
