Hello everyone,
I am setting up my Atlas O gauge turntable and am using Lionel O gauge track shimmed to the level of the turntable track. Coming out of the turntable I have a slight curved and then straight. My issue is trains constantly derailing going on and off to turntable and train stalling on the turntable itself. Can you please advise how to correct these issues as they are very frustrating. As usual, thank you very much for your help.

C by the way I was trying to run post-war Lionel trains on that one section which are a little heavy. I don't know if that makes a difference or not.
Track aint lined up.................

Jim, I line the heck out of the track but I still have deer elements. Can you be a little bit more specific as I would appreciate it.

The track you have the turn table lined up to needs to be moved to the right (in the 2nd picture) about a rail width.

I think I did have them lined up and somehow the table shifted. The two pictures I took were the same relative to movement of the table track. You think you might be issue using the Lionel track at all or maybe going into a slight curve as that I believe is in 054 radius
I think its all track alignment .. From the pictures .. if that is where the table stops at the track. There is no way it will not derail.

Looks like you could rotated the whole turntable counterclockwise about a rail width.
