Atlas Army Passenger car coupler issue

I have a set of the Atlas Army Passenger cars (formerly MTH) and one of the coupler has gotten sloppy and won’t hold anymore. On all the other couplers they spring back and forth while this one sags and doesn’t seem to spring anymore. Anyone know how to fix this?
