Two years ago I pre-ordered this:
I am past the point of caring if it ever gets manufactured.
But I still wonder if anyone on the forum knows the status or likelihood that this model will be produced. ¿quien sabe?

I had a interest in a sw-1500 similar wait. Heard the other day next projected date 4th quarter 2018 ! Im not interested anymore......conrail john......im a major atlas fan but GEEEZE ! how are they surviving as a business ? Must be the HO
On September 16, 2010, I pre-ordered a Trainman U23B in Penn Central from AM Hobbies.
I took delivery of the same pre-order in January 2016 from Petersen Supply Company.
So, yes, it can take a while, and your order can pass through a few dealers before it finally gets shipped.

I wonder how many guys die in the timeframe between pre-order and actual delivery. Do dealers verify the person who placed the order is still alive? Can you imagine the ticked-off widows when UPS, FedEx or USPS deliver trains long after we're gone and the widows have disposed of the trains left behind?
