Atlas Erie-Built AB set has short when starting to move

If you run into anything unusual let us know.

So far, only my Atlas engines are having this issue and all my Atlas engines have EOB. I have an early set of Atlas F3s with EOB in storage. Next time I am there I will pull them out and see if they run the same.

All my other EOB equipped engines run just fine.
