Atlas Great Customer Service

Good to know. I have bought some Atlas rolling stock and been over the moon with the pieces. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from Atlas.

Bill is the best. I once dropped an engine off for repair and headed up to the NJHirailers club. On my way home in the afternoon I get a call that my engine was ready for pick up. It doesn't get any better than that.

I just had a great experience with Atlas Customer service.     I have about 300 Atlas freight cars and I needed some parts.   Bill helped me get exactly what I needed.   Great service.

Bill is great. He always claims the computer is slow, LOL. Been like that for years now.

They always have the sheets of detailed parts that always break at low prices. A+ Atlas O.

I love their Locomotives. UN real detail. I have 4 MP15's. If you have a problem Bill will make it right IMMEDIATELY. You're not just buying a product, you are buying service. Nick

I have a decent amount of Atlas products and quite frankly they have never needed service. So good to hear that they are responsive when needed.

All, thanks for your thoughts. Atlas products are excellent. I have many cars and several engines. The detail and quality are superior. As I mentioned, I have only had to contact the service department twice and both times they and Bill have exceeded anything I have ever experienced from any other company. The product fixes were fast and done correctly the first time. Just a great company, products and customer service.
