Does anyone know if the pipe loads on these cars are glued in place or if they have the huge holes in the deck to fasten the loads like Lionel loaded scale flat cars do? Looking to do a removable load.

Not glued on. The brackets are mounted on the deck via two small holes. The tie-downs go into the sides. Easy to remove the entire load.

Atlas O Trainman pipe loads are removable 
Thank you very much guys, was looking to purchase one or two.
Are these pipe loads available to purchase separately from Atlas? I got several of the cars from their first run when the pipe load option was not offered. Emailed Atlas but got no response [ had this happen several times on recent inquiries on various parts questions] just saying.

There are six black pipes. They are 1/2 outside diameter. You can buy from Evergreen or Plastruct and cut to size. There are three brackets between the top and bottom loads there are easy to make from flat stock.
I am not familiar with Evergreen however the Pastruct part number is TB-16. If you want black then the number would be TB-16BK. Other colors are sold. TB-16 comes 15 inches long. You may need to purchase the 30 inch length to get black - TBL-16BK

The pipe loads are packaged separately from the flat car so you would need to attach after purchase. There are black ties in the box available to do so.
I have three cars NIB - two BN and one Penn Central if you are interested in a quote. All three cars are green.
