Usually constant horn blowing with dcs is a low track signal or remote tiu communications. What are you running? convention? TMCC command engine or an Atlas engine with dcs? (upgrade)?
my engines are altas with tcmm using dcs

Later models with EOB speed control. I've been told that the constant horn, indicates the tach-reader or the motor it's attached to is not functioning (properly).
I suggest that you post this on the TMCC Forum. It's almost certainly not a DCS problem. It's much more likely that it's an engine problem.
