Atlas O Susquehanna Caboose 2 rail to 3

So I bought a new Legacy Lionel S4 lettered for the NYSW aka Susquehanna. I want a Atlas NYSW caboose to go with it and only the Public Delivery Track has the red master version in 2 rail. So, my questions are:

Can a Atlas 2 rail be converted to 3 rail?

Has anyone done it? and is it easy to do?

I will call Atlas tomorrow and try to get a hold of Bill in service as he knows all regarding Atlas. But I thought I would ask you guys first,

Yes it’s doable. The easiest thing is to buy a 3 rail version of the same caboose in any road name and swap the shells so you don’t have to rewire it.
Then sell the whole 2R caboose of another road name.
otherwise, you’ll need 3R caboose trucks with rollers and then you’ll need to wire it up, unless you don’t care if it doesn’t light up.
