Where does one fine Kadee compatible electrocouplers for converting TMCC and DCS 3-rail locomotives?

Has MTH ever produced their O-scale version of their HO electrocoupler?  Doesn't MTH's DCS use 5 volts to fire its couplers?

Does the Atlas still produce one and is it for DCC?  Or can it be used with TMCC?  TMCC was using 15 volts or higher if I remember correctly.

Does the DCC community offer suitable electrocouplers?

What words of wisdom can you bestow?

1) There aren't any. But remember that most lobster claw couplers WILL couple to/with the Kadee coupler.

2) No, not in O Scale, as yet. Only in HO.

3) No.

4) No.

Pete,  Do you have a link to the guy with the On3 operating couplers.  Would like to check that out.

I have a few Atlas engines that I use their scale electro couplers. They work but not very well. Just modified the coupler box and coupler shank to shorten how far they stick out.

Then there's my DIY electric Kadee's. A rather simple mod that doesn't cost anything but some work.

Finally got one of my electric Kadees to work in a Lionel I-12 caboose using a ERR Mini Commander EX board to fire the coupler. Need to take pictures of that.

Here's a Kadee patent I found. Reminds me of that Guy named Rube, something or other.

Found this guy that does similar to what I do with DCC.

This is the key.  There are many ways to pull that brass rod.

This caboose coupler works off a battery powered R/C toy car guts.
