Don't see them on the vendor's list for the Orange Hall. IF they were going, that's where I'd expect to find them. Good luck getting them to sell you something!
For my $$, Scenic Express. They are an OGR Forum Sponsor and are great to deal with.

Gilly - are they "reluctant" to sell their product??? I didn't realize Scenic Express had O Gauge backdrops - I'll stop by and see Jim if they do
Thanx

Allan - thanx for the link - I have seen these backdrops from Scenic Express but unfortunately they are not high enough - I would like to purchase backdrops that would cover a 4-5 foot height. Seems like Backdrop Warehouse is my best bet.

Paul
Normal size for Backdrop Warehouse is 36" x 12' long; but I think you can also order 42" high.
You can also order sky extensions to continue the sky portion higher.
I recently ordered an additional backdrop section and had no issues at all.

A word one how to "spruce up" the Scenic Express backdrops. They are well done but unfortunately their skies are done in different shades of blues with different cloud types and patterns. So here is what I did to make one contiguous city backdrop.
First, I laminated each scene. (cheap at Office Depot) Then I cut away the sky on both sheets - all of it. Now, not only do they mesh as one but against a color of your choice, mine is light summer blue, they almost seem 3-D.

I could not figure out how to price and order the backdrop on their Website. I called (CASH IN HAND) wanting to place an order. I knew the scenes and had dimensions. The gentleman I spoke with was very curt and told me to place the order his website. I told him I couldn't figure out his website. He then insulted me and hung up the phone.
His behavior signaled loud and clear that he neither needed, nor wanted my money.

Gilly - I see what you mean - I tried today to order a backdrop from them and I was totally confused and decided not to.

Anyone who can navigate that Backdrop Warehouse website is a better man than I!
Backdrop Warehouse uses a very convoluted process to calculate the cost etc. Also, tends to get expensive although I think the image quality might be quite high. I looked but decided to pass on it.
Scenic Express seems good to me.
If Backdrop Warehouse isn't the worst website in model railroading, somebody has to tell me what is.
Anyone have any pics of the Scenic Express backdrops installed?
I wonder how they look with O scale equipment.
I am in the process of planning a new layout and would like to purchase a backdrop. I went to the Backdrop Warehouse website and have to echo what some of the posters above are saying. It is confusing and I gave up (at least for now) trying to piece together what I want and get some idea of the price. They need to fix it!
And I'm convinced that he either he decides that he will sell to you, or he won't. Whatever you do, don't say anything that could be construed as criticism of the website. He's VERY proud of it! Just saying...
