On the Bay, and something I blundered on due to the fouled up Bay listings recently, was, under: Collecibles, Photographs,

etc, etc., a photo of Broke and Onery #316 0-6-0T that looks like a steam dummy, but a high setting one, with a cab

covering the boiler to the smoke box.  However, it might be an inspection engine, although I don't see the usual seats

at the front, nor is there room for them.  What is this?  I would post it on here, if I knew how.

Back in the 1800's, B&O had locos built by Winans and called "Camels" (not camelbacks).  There's one in the Baltimore RR Museum.  Google camel locomotive and you'll find pictures.  There is a video of the 4-6-0 being moved into the Baltimore roundhouse, mistakenly labeled as a camelback.  IS this what you've seen/
