Place my yearly order a week or so ago and had not seen the $$$ deducted from my account, so I went to the site to check my order status.
Here is what I found. This is just a FYI, I have no worries about my order.

Our old web-host has decided to discontinue service to small companies, and we are now in the process of bringing our new website online. This entails re-building our entire website again, from the ground up, as the platform the old site was on, used a "language" that doesn't transfer away to other companies' programs. Please be patient & check back often, as we will be adding new items to our store & working out the associated glitches.
TO OUR RETURNING CUSTOMERS, WHO MAY BE TRYING TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THEIR ORDERS PLACED UNDER THE OLD SITE: YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE ORDER STATUS PAGE, AS THAT WAS UNDER THE OLD CARRIER. DON'T WORRY, I HAVE ALL THE RECORDS & AM WORKING ON FILLING ALL ORDERS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS, MY WIFE WAS ILL PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS, THEN, UNFORTUNATELY, STRESS, OVER-WORK, AND A MASSIVE CASE OF THE FLU EARNED ME MY FIRST AMBULANCE RIDE AND TRIP TO THE ER A FEW WEEKS AGO.....I'M BACK IN THE OFFICE & SHOP, AND THINGS ARE SLOWLY RETURNING TO NORMAL...BE PATIENT, ORDERS ARE STARTING TO GO OUT AGAIN!!
