Thanks Arthur..

I did that.  Came up with two options, The base only at $1 you then buy bulb in whatever voltage separate.

Or the bulb with base at $4 in any color.

I'm now looking to see if I could find the bulb with base cheaper...

Wow, thanks chessie. thats exactly what I was looking for but will 16volts work with a transformer set at 18-19 volts?
Joe

Joe the led's bulbs if u use them in Acc. they only work on 12 to 14 volts then on engines and cars with lights even u run at 18 volts when it goes thru your wire and track and pick ups the volt drops a bit i tested one of my cabooses one day had 18 volts on the transformer then i check the volts to the bulb it was only 16 volts now if u get a voltage spike it will blow but most of my engines and cabooses with lights has 12 to 14 volts in them i run them for 9 years had not had a bulb blow in them yet knock on wood

Henning's trains on ebay but I just got what they had left of the clear for now. They are great 18v and are perfect in the 022 switches. Price is 12 for $16 plus shipping. They also have them with screw in base ( My switches had both) they also have red and green. If you plan to use them in switches I hit the top of the led with a black sharpie to stop the light from coming out of the hole in the cover.

But my dear Neeeeed has absolutely NOTHING to do with it.
