Bent wheel shaft on tender

You can easily true up a bent wheel set, ...use a cordless drill to chuck it up and spin it slowly, straightening it out wherever you see it wobble,...easily bent with hand pressure,....what do you got to lose?....

Based  on your recommendation I just did that.

Surprisingly easy when placed in a drill chuck.
