I've looked at a number of sites from some of the larger dealers, and only one even has it listed. That's why I posted this. Will have to make some calls today.

What's the best price you've seen on these engines. The one of interest to me is 6-11323, W&LE. BTW, did anyone ever produce a W&LE caboose that could be used with this engine?
Neal,
Have you ever seen the W&LE caboose released by Atlas a few years back?
They are Atlas "O" 3-Rail 6683-1 and 6683-2.
Ken
PS - Just checked the Atlas O web site and these products were announced in the "New Products" listing of November 30, 2004. May be a bit difficult to find now.

I could only find two:
The Atlas 6683:
And MTH Premier 20-91351
Both were done in two road numbers. The MTH product finder shows two shops that list the MTH caboose as being in stock.

Try King Mouse up in Mercer. He has some good pricing.
I'd like see someone do a P&WV mallet.

I have process hundreds of them that big or bigger in my day. Rarely does one get to the end of the kill table prior to steaming. (Don't forget the Old Bay!)
Jerry
Dog Gone you Jerry !!!!! It ought to be a law against posting a picture of steamed blues and National Bo in the same picture
That's like showing up at York without your wallet or your check book
David
Actually didn't the Nickel Plate Road buy out the WL&E?
So you could put a NKP caboose behind this Mallet?
Technically, the NKP leased the W&LE for 99 years on December 1, 1949, though it did have control several years before that.
Just got an email yesterday from Trainworld title "Lionel Big Engine Blowout".
The W&LE 2-6-6-2 is one of the engines listed, price is $1075.
They are also advertising the new EM-1s including the undecorated pilot model for the same price.Lionel Big Engine Blowout
Let us know if you're able to get this engine.
