Isn't this the bridge that you brought home from York? I believe it was last fall? Looks great, adds to that "crowded city look" that New York and Chicago have.

Thanks Art...yes, this is the bridge I got at York. I did some alterations, added detail, repainted, and re-wired it....also added the piers to each end (not quite finished with those yet)....

The two levels remind me of the bridge in Portland OR. The lower level is for trains, AMTRAK and freight while the upper level is for light rail and vehicle traffic. What surprised me was that the bridge can be raised in stages, that is the lower level can be raised without affecting the upper roadway.
on another note I couldn't help noticing the similarities between the Sydney bridge and the Hellgate Bridge in NY. The Sydney bridge appears that it may be a bit longer.

Thanks so much Bob! Good observation your part concerning the Hellgate and Sydney bridges. I believe the Sydney bridge was inspired by the Hellgate but is half or so again larger than Hellgate...
