Didn't make it there this year. Stubborn case of the bug. Always enjoy going, whether I end up taking anything home or not.
I was there yesterday from about 10 AM to 3:30 PM. Looked like a great crowd to me! I purchased a couple Arttista “O” figures, an Inter Mountain HO boxcar, a new hardcover book on the history of the Vermont Railway System, and a magazine. Only spent about $125, but had a great time-as always-browsing and taking it all in!
I went yesterday for the first time, got there just before they opened and stayed until 3:00. I enjoyed looking at the variety of talented craftsmen displays. At times it can be a bit overwhelming considering how it’s geared to the smaller scales especially with products I had no interest in, strictly imo. The best part was meeting and talking to Dave from Lionel for the first time as he demonstrated the Base/Cab 3. I did purchase a couple items.

Don't forget. You can view the show on YouTube.
A good time at the show Saturday. I had several buckets of Ballast delivered to the show by Scenic Express for the TMB Club Layout on long Island. Bought a few other items form Scenic express, and BandB hobby. Also found a great deal on 2 MTH PS-2 Pennsy Hopers
First time attending...well worth the trip and the SNOW...see ya next year....
Virtual Railfan was again covering the halls along with a big announcement. They seem like they'd be a great sponsor for the Real Trains section of the forum.
Looks like a great show.
Turned out to be a nice day and a large turnout, as usual. Parking lot was a little muddy from all the rain, but a lot better than snow. Got there about 9:30 AM and left around 1:30 PM on Saturday. Glad they eliminated the real steam engine that always blows my eardrums out as I pass from building to building.
Spoke with Ryan at Lionel about the new Base 3 and it's anticipated delivery date and spent a few minutes with Al (Cape Cod Northern) at the Mianne Booth.
Had a few things in mind to possibly purchase, but didn't see them at the show and left without buying anything, but still had a great time.
