I want to dust off those trains right in the hall(s) before I put 'em in my car. Wondering which is better for the trains....upright or canister? Perhaps a kerosene or LNG powered vacuum cleaner. Was gonna use a leaf blower, but people might take notice....lol.

REDJIIMMY You must be kidding.
Don’t forget latex gloves and HEPA face mask. You never know.
How about a compressor with air nozzle or the cans of compressed air.
How about plastic bags and take them home where you can properly clean them?
FWIW, I'm pretty sure this was a joke in any case. Can you imagine lugging a vacuum cleaner around with you?
TAKE a natural material, fine bristle, paint brush and with you and wait.
....for someone to stand too close

Many years ago Radio Shack used to sell a little battery powered handheld meant for using around a computer desk, I think. That would not be too hard to carry around, if you can find one.
(and yes, I assume the whole post was in jest as well)

Very punny Bill
Everyone know that nature abhors a vacuum!
Go to a rest room and use a hand dryer
