Thanks Charlie, I've just spent a very happy hour watching that film. I grew-up to the sight and sound (Not to mention the wonderful aroma.) of the Bulleid pacifics, and many of the 'Austerity' & B.R. 'Standard' classes too. All alongside 3rd rail electrics.(Which may explain why I love my 3-rail trains.) I'm so glad that I was born in those years of wonder before engineering beauty and service became dirty words.
