Paging through the TCA National HQ News, I saw an ad for a "Buddy L" Hudson...from T-Reproductions, who used to be set up in the "Sheraton" at
York with a line of the large pressed steel reproductions of Buddy L trucks.
When I last saw them there, I understood that somebody had bought the
"Buddy L" rights and demanded higher royalties that was putting them out of
the "Buddy L" business. I suggested to whomever that they might make, instead, reproductions of Sturditoy, or Keystone, or another of those pressed
steel 1920's toy trucks lines that competed with Buddy L. I thought they had left that brand, but here is a "Buddy L" loco, recreated as a Hudson. Just curious.....With two different engines now available, has anybody got a "Buddy L" layout? It comes with what sounds like straight track...are curves to make a
loop available?
