BUFFALO PITTSBURGH RAILROAD SOUTHBOUND DELAYED 7 HOURS IN WEST SENECA NY ON THE NS LINE NEAR LEIN ROAD

Around 5:45 AM this morning (9/24) I noticed 3 police vehicles pulled over on Route 400 next to the NS line with a Southbound Buffalo & Pittsburgh train at a stand still. I also noticed an ambulance without it's emergency lights on pull out onto Lein road from an access road near the tracks. After 11:00 AM the train was still at a stand still. If anyone knows someone from the BPRR I would be interested to hear what happened.
