If this has been reported already then I apologize.

We have found a discrepancy regarding the TIU/WIUs displayed between the Android and Apple apps.  The NJ Hi-Railers have 6 TIUs installed on our layout, numbers 1-4 and two number 5s.  Only 5 are displayed by the Apple app while all 6 are displayed by the Android app.  One TIU #5 is missing from the Apple app.

An additional minor point is that the Apple app displays the TIUs sorted by TIU number while the Android app displays the TIUs sorted by WIU number.

We have seen this behavior on every Apple and Android device tested.  About 5 of each were tested across a range of models and manufacturers.  Both phones and tablets exhibit this behavior.

Attached are screen shots from both Apple and Android.

You may get pushback from MTH as regards this being classified as a bug, since DCS does not officially support more than 5 TIUs.

I reported this some time ago. You might note that while the iOS app lists TIUs by their DCS ID#, the Android app lists them sequentially by their WIU's 4-character hexadecimal ID#.

Barry,

Is there an official channel for reporting WiFi Bugs to MTH?

Yes, there is.  You can go to our website and using the contact form, let us know of any issues you find.  Those contact forms are routed to the appropriate individuals and can be reviewed and followed up on as appropriate.

That said, we believe we have resolved the TIU ordering and limitation for multiple same addresses in iOS.  A new app release is coming within the next few days that supports the DCS Explorer product.  That version of the app should have the subject issue of this thread resolved.  Let us know if you still have problems thereafter.
