Hi everyone,
I'm at the point in my layout now when I can start installing some building flats and I was wondering what everyone would recommend? I haven't seen too much on the market I know Todd Architectural Models does them and so does PTF Designs, but is there anything else out there? Just trying to weigh all my options before I commit to something. Thank you.

Any building kit can be a flat... just build it linearly or only use the front wall.
Ameritowne kits are sold as just front walls, Korber has wall parts, DPM wall modules, Bar Mills, Banta.... anything that is a structure is useable.

Pretty much sums that up! Or build it and slice the front 2-3" off by running it through your band saw, 
Menard's also has a couple of industrial/warehouse flats that are less than 3" deep and come with lighting and signage.
I have been talking with Doug at Todd Architectural he is full of ideas. Is sending me a sample to look at and see how it will look on my layout.😀
Look for the Chooch Ultrascale II fronts They arent made anymore but are the nicest fronts around You can still find them
