Tony:
I'm not familiar with this particular MTH caboose but, if they are assembled like all of the MTH cabooses I have, the interior can be seperated from the screw posts by first removing the end platforms and ladders from the caboose body and then inserting a small flat blade screwdriver between the car body and the interior assembly and gently prying the interior down and away from the screw posts.
Basically, you have the four screw posts and then the end platforms and interior are mounted on those posts through holes. If you have the directions that came with the caboose, they walk you through the process.
I would also urge caution if your caboose has end marker lights as the boards for these are very fragile. (Experience talking here.)

Once the Base is removed you pry the steps out 10° on each and and the floor can drop out.
Says so right here:

I note the .pdf for your particular unit is not on line.
Mine is a Rio Grande caboose, but made the same.
I fixed one of those recently, had 3 different bulbs in it all out and they had started melting the plastic bulb holder and base. May want to consider LED in these if you are running in command (DCS/TMCC/Legacy) and 18v.
