I see on ebay that people as selling bulk amounts of parts that fit trains. For example there is a person selling small groupings of 6511 flat car stakes. It shows that they have sold over 100 groups / packages of them. I have a project and I want to use about 200 of these. Where are these sellers getting bulk amounts to section off in small groups?

Several of the larger lionel parts dealers do some manufacturing of reproduction parts. Try Hennings and/or Train Tender. George Tebolt also manufactures, but he may not be taking on any new customers.
Jill Sisco wholesales bulbs and some parts under "Miniature Lamp Works".
