Originally I had the buses closer up front but they were on the other side of the extensions and you really couldn't see them. I moved them back and now there's a clearer view of them. A lot of rewiring was involved but everything was put back together and still works. I've got some painting to do and a few odds & ends to finish up but you'll get the general idea of what is going on with the photos I posted.

Looks nice, although most bus terminals like this I've seen in person (NY Port Authority, Albany, Montreal, Mount Laurel NJ, Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh) have the buses facing nose-in, so passengers can alight directly to the stepped sidewalk rather walk between parked buses into the terminal.

I can understand wanting to show off the working headlights though.

Bus depots are so cool, unless you have to use one.  Nice job, Spence.  Your buses look fantastic with working lights and I can see why you would put them in backwards to show that off.  Who cares if a few passengers get wet walking in the rain and snow to the terminal?

Lee - Love the scene of the passengers waiting to board the bus.  That is the way it was in my home town of Spencer too.  The local Tangney Hotel was where the buses stopped for passengers.  So, that is the way I'll be doing it on my layout, but I also will have the MTH Bus Depot near Union Station in Chicago.

Spence, your bus terminal has more busses than I ever saw at the Pittsburgh Greyhound Terminal.  It's across the street from the Pennsylvania Station when I rode in to college in the mid '70s.  I went through there every weekday.  It was a big change for a country boy like me.  As to the busses turned the wrong way, you did right!  We want to see the fronts and those great headlights!
