CA Zephyr coupler problem

First of all I have to say wow the Atlas O California Zephyr passenger cars are drop-dead gorgeous. Right now I own just one with another car on the way and will be excited when the next run of cars as well as the other cars in the series are produced.

But lately I have to remove a coupler on my car and tighten the screw on the armature in order to keep it from coming loose. Has anyone else experience this and have a solution that will keep the coupler in place?
