Has anyone put together an inexpensive setup to transmit a video of their train going around their layout and send it to a suspended monitor? Our club is located in an original Baggage car and only viewable from the front middle. We're open to the public most weekends and this would add to the draw.

I'd rather not use a GoPro, they're expensive and overkill.

search da bay and amazon. there are many microcameras that can even fit inside the confines of an O scale loco cab and transmit the view. your price point is about $100.00 for these small systems.

Here's the kit I use, I have a couple of extra cameras that I'm going to put into stuff, I currently have one in a PRR snow plow.

I also just got this nifty 5" LCD screen for $20 that's a perfect match, I connect it to the receiver for the display.

Here's my first camera car.
