Who's excited to take pictures at York?! I am!

I did not plan to bring my camera even though it is now allowed in the Dealer Halls, but when Scott Mann told us that he is bringing the GM Train of Tomorrow, that changed. I know many Forum members would love to see photos of this special passenger train offering.
So the camera will be on my shoulder as I enter the Orange Hall.
Now that you mention it, I just may bring my little camera along.

I think someone should start a new club.. Call it MTOA Modern Train Operators Association.

What does naming of the association have to do with taking pictures?
Was going to bring the d800 to shoot with, but instead am taking the small point and shoot
I think I would just use the camera in my cell phone. But I cannot think of anything I'd like to photograph at the show.
I couldn't make York in the spring and it was nice when other forum members posted photo's in the Orange hall especially of new products from Lionel,MTH ect.
Well, I hope after York, those with cameras who have recorded new, unusual, and
different items will post the photos on here, maybe under this thread, for all to see.
Photos of OGR gathering will cover two out of three - unusual and different.
What exactly are the new York photo rules? I don't want to get busted

Still photos allowed in dealer halls (Orange, Purple, Brown) and layout hall (Black) only. No commercial use without permission from EDTCA. No video at all, and NO photography in member halls (Red, White, Blue, Silver).
Almost forgot... the one exception to no photography in the member halls is when there are layouts in the White hall - photography of any layout(s) there is permitted.
