This is the small Air Stream. There is a larger one, harder to find, but they do come up from time to time. This one is a little small, but for a small trailer, used stand alone or with a small car.

This is the RV, not New Ray, but Kinsmart. This is the one I repainted. Will probably get new wheels too. But the re-paint did wonders.

Check local RV dealers or Camping World.  Not exactly scale but at 2" wide might be close.  Here is a fifth wheel, a Class A motorhome, and a toyish jeep with a tag trailer.  As Charlie said, search the Bay.  There have been listings of a small motorhome (along with various food truck variations of same design).  I believe Lee Willis converted one of those to a streets vehicle.
