To operate the Wheel Slip feature using the CAB2, you use the Boost dial, Where is that on the CAB3 App? Is there a Boost on the CAB3?

Boost Dial? Do you mean the red knob?
If it operates the same as the Class A, you put Train Brake all the way on, throttle up using the speed control (engine won't move because of Train Brake), then release the Train Brake. Without a manual I'm only guessing here.

Marty. Here is a photo of the ‘Boost’ on the 990. It’s not obvious to me where this function is on the CAB3 App.
The boost function enables the wheel slip function on the triplex. The triplex manual doesn’t mention the CAB3.

Watching Chris's Trains and Things channel, it is the same as the Big Boy and Class A. Train Brake On. Throttle Up. Release Train Brake. Wheel slip!
You can do wheelslip both ways - train brake or with boost.
For boost on a Legacy loco, tap the boost icon once. Then it becomes a slider until you remove your finger from the screen.

Good to know. I checked for a manual online but it's not posted yet.
