My wife and I went on a steam excursion on the Everett Railroad (Pennsylvania) a couple of weeks ago.  While we were waiting for departure, I spotted this small switcher moving past on a track across the yard and snapped off a quick picture.  I've never seen one like this before.  Can anyone identify it?:

Thanks, but they are two rail and I am 3 rail. Still tempting, but not sure I have the know how to convert, not sure I would even know where to start. They do look really nice though and I am watching the auction. So far the price is quite good too.

I also agree with Challenger3980 about RMT. I wish I would have gotten a couple of their small engines when they were blowing them out a few years ago. I think I might even attempt adding ERR or PS2/3 to one of those, well maybe...
