I know someone that asked me if I knew who this is? I know the print is
Controlling the Magic Print- by Artist Angela Trotta Thomas but I do not know
and or can not make out the signature. maybe someone here may know.

There are three signatures on the print:
Richard Kughn
Neil Young
Angela Trotta Thomas
This print was made as a promotional item for Lionel dealers who stocked TMCC equipment. They also were encouraged to set up a TMCC system on their store layouts. Actually two versions of the print exist. One signed and one not signed.
