I have a postwar 275 watt transformer, I have 6-18166 AA TMCC set ( dual motors in power A-unit ) , I have two 6-24519 dual motors TMCC B-Units, and a Legacy dual motor B-unit ( sorry don't know number at moment, and not sure where box is. I would like to hook this up as A-B-B-B-A and pull some MTH lighted passenger cars. (7 counting the baggage car) Basically I'm talking 8 can motors

Are the cars l.e.d. or bulbs? It would be worth it to go led.
I think you'd be O.K. though you might be able to kick a breaker with a fast start/ loaded; once the transformer was warm.
Bulbs. Good question I forgot to mention, Maybe not want to run track # 2 thou at the same time
I've never ran these, so was thinking of giving it a try, need to program each yet and make them into a train.
Well, if anything can handle sommat like that, I imagine a ZW could! I recommend not operating that consist for any extended period of time, as the ZW will probably get rather toasty under the load...

Don’t forget, if you’re using a post war ZW transformer on modern locomotives with electronics you need to put an external quick acting circuit breaker in line and a TVS diode across each output circuit.
Even under ideal circumstances the circuit breaker in a ZW transformer will not clear a short circuit quickly enough to prevent your electronics from being damaged.
Check our forum, as it is full of posts on this subject, some even showing how to design the circuit.
