I spoke with Nassau Hobby Center and they received an email from Lionel today that the CN FT Passenger sets are going out now. So I should have it after Christmas. That's OK, I'll run something else until it shows up at the door. Ken

I believe this is actually a Canadian Pacific passenger set, not Canadian National. 6-30181?
Hi MrMoe, my receipt says 6-30181 CN FT Pass Set. I hope that is correct.
I just checked the Lionel web site, and it says Canadian Pacific. Either way is OK, I am glad to have it coming after a long wait.

OK, the Lionel catalog pic shows Canadian Pacific, but the description says Canadian National. Well, I look forward to either one.
The CP set looks nice. I'm sure you will be happy with it. Maybe we'll see a CN in the future......
Post some photo's when you get the set in your hands. I always liked Lionel's FT's and this set is one of the best looking of them all. Congratulations Ken.

I have the Rio Grande Ski Train FT set from a few years back and wouldn't part with it. Even in my Legacy world, this set gets run often, kids like it too.
My wife has all the Polar (Express/Railroad) stuff, and has made it quite clear that she wants the 10th anniversary FT Polar Express set which is also now shipping.
Pictures once you get it would be great......maybe a post-Christmas present to myself? Hmmmm.
I have been collecting the FT passenger sets, I will have seven of them with the Canadian set. I really enjoy these. I also have the Rio Grande Ski Train set.
